All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Payment Methods

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to all areas within Qatar.

4.2 Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within Doha and 2-4 business days for other areas. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

4.3 Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is QAR 10.00. Free shipping is available on orders over QAR 100.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@albustan.qa or call +974 1234 5678. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
