We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment options are coming soon.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping is QAR 10.00. We offer FREE shipping on orders over QAR 100.
Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within Doha and 2-4 business days for other areas in Qatar. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Yes! You can track your order status from your account dashboard. We'll also send you email updates as your order progresses through each stage.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Products must be in resellable condition.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
